Abstract

The personalization of health and personal care services has become popular in the development of smart cities. In this sense, it is important to develop physical activities to prevent diseases and physical conditions that affect health. In this paper we define the problem called Personalized Training Profile to identify the initial physical and health conditions of a person and, subsequently, track these conditions based on factors such as age, height, weight, height, body mass, and body fat, among others, to predict possible scenarios during physical training and prevent injuries or negative health conditions.
