IJCOPI operates under a non-commercial open-access model supported by an Academic Sustainability Contribution requested only after academic acceptance. The contribution is used exclusively for DOI registration, hosting, preservation, metadata management, plagiarism detection, and editorial workflow tools, and does not influence peer review or editorial decisions.

The Academic Sustainability Contribution supports the sustainability of the journal’s open-access publishing infrastructure, including persistent identifiers, Crossref services, hosting, OJS platform maintenance, metadata management, digital preservation, backups, plagiarism detection, and editorial workflow tools.

Administrative Notice Regarding Contribution Receipts

The Academic Sustainability Contribution for Scientific Advancement is a non-commercial contribution intended to support the journal’s editorial, technological, preservation, and open-access infrastructure.

Contributions are processed through the journal’s official payment channel. Authors receive the automatic receipt or transaction confirmation issued by the payment platform.

Authors whose institutions require specific fiscal, accounting, purchase-order, or supplier documentation should contact the editorial office before making the contribution, in order to verify whether the required documentation can be provided.

The contribution is not a payment for acceptance, peer review, editorial favour, publication priority, citation advantage, or scientific evaluation.
