Abstract

Today, online education has experienced significant growth, providing flexible and accessible learning opportunities. Learning management platforms, such as Moodle, play a key role in facilitating interaction between teachers and students in virtual learning environments. However, tracking and assessing the progress of online learning can be challenging. This is where learning analytics comes in, a discipline that uses data collected from the learning platform to gain valuable insights. In this article, we explore the importance of learning analytics in Moodle, how it works, and how it can improve the online learning experience.
