That is why the research being presented in this article focuses on thoroughly reviewing everything that has been developed on the subject in different parts of the world over the last fifteen years. The reviewed articles have been classified according to the models that were built, the methods used to solve said models and the approach that has been developed. Because of the characteristics of the problem in general, there is more research available that uses mathematical models and finds the solution with different optimization methods.
